Ground acrobatics

Verticals, upside down, wheels, flics, rounds. A path for both young people and adults studied mainly on free body exercises of artistic gymnastics.

Flexibility

Training for flexibility is a method that combines elements of floor barre, pilates yoga and stretching. During the lessons, stretching and joint mobility exercises alternate with exercises to strengthen the abdominal, gluteal, dorsal and adductor muscles. Breathing plays an important role: all the sequences of breathing exercises in the lesson are fundamental for gaining control and calm, thus relaxing the parts of the body that are often subject to structural blocks.

Aerial acrobatics

Artistic discipline born from the circus heritage. It can be developed as a playful experience for children and teenagers, as a complete physical activity for adults and in all cases as a form of art and bodily expression. It is structured through the use of tools such as fabrics, static trapeze, hoop and straps.

You don't need to be a professional dancer or athlete to approach this discipline, you just need to be curious and want to get involved.

Pole

Fitness course aimed at improving all muscle groups, coordination and elasticity through choreographed exercises on the pole.

Yoga

The Hata yoga course is aimed at beginners, practitioners and any individual interested in creating a personal listening space.
The lessons will be structured using: positions (asanas) as a tool for listening and working on the whole body, developing conscious breathing (pranayama), dynamic sequences of asanas such as the Sun Salutation and the final relaxation which allows you to completely regenerate and free your mind.

Flying trapeze

Starting from a platform, embarrassed and safe, you learn figures, from the simplest to the most complex, on an oscillating trapeze. It is very similar to the sensation of flying, especially when once you have reached a certain level of safety you leave the trapeze and remain suspended in the air for a fraction of a second until you are "caught" by the porteur, the upside down trapeze artist.

Mini/Children's Circus

Juggling, balancing, acrobatics in a version adapted to the skills of children aged 3 to 12 combine the playful dimension with the educational one. In fact, it is precisely in the dimension of play that children have the opportunity to have experiences and activities that stimulate their growth.

Acrobalance Adults

It is a discipline that combines couple and group acrobatic techniques typical of the circus acrobatic tradition, with individual free body techniques typical of artistic gymnastics.

Reserved for adults.
